Blackberry Lemon Cheesecake Cups

Lemon Cream:
1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup Bonne Maman Lemon Curd
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Lemon Blackberry Topping
1 heaping cup fresh blackberries
1/4 cup Bonne Maman Lemon Curd
Coarsely crumbled graham cracker crust
Fresh blackberries
Whisk together lemon cream ingredients until smooth. Spoon into a pastry bag or a zip seal bag with one corner snipped off. Place blackberries into a small bowl and snip with kitchen scissors until very coarsely chopped. Stir in lemon curd and vanilla. Spoon a small layer of crumbed graham cracker crust into small bowls or canning jars. Pipe lemon cream mixture over the top then spoon the blackberry topping over the cream. Garnish with fresh blackberries.
