No Churn Vanilla Cheesecake Ice Cream

No ice cream maker is  necessary for this shortcut recipe! Bananas and cream cheese give it a creamy texture. Chobani creamer and yogurt give it loads of great flavor.

 

Prep time: 10 minutes

Chill time: overnight

 

2 cups Chobani Vanilla Coffee Creamer (regular or oat)

2 very ripe bananas

1 (8-oz.) block cream cheese, softened

2 individual cups Chobani Vanilla or Zero Sugar Vanilla Yogurt*

Fresh berries or sprinkles

 

Puree creamer, bananas and cream cheese in a blender or with a stick blender. Whisk in yogurt until smooth. Transfer to a freezer safe container and freeze overnight. Scoop and top with berries or sprinkles.

 

Note: This ice cream is best if left on the counter for 10 to 15 minutes to soften before serving.

 

*May substitute 1 cup + 2 tablespoons your favorite flavor of Chobani Greek Yogurt.
