Spicy Chobani Yogurt Brownies

Adding Chobani Zero Sugar Yogurt lets you cut the amount of sugar in this brownie recipe in half. Cayenne adds a nice pop of heat!

Cook time:  35 to 40 minutes

 

6 oz. dark chocolate

3/4 cup Chobani Zero Sugar Vanilla Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup sugar

2 teaspoons almond or vanilla extract

3 eggs

3/4 cup flour

Sliced or chopped almonds (optional)

 

Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly butter an 8-inch square baking pan. Melt chocolate in a medium saucepan over very low heat. Stir in yogurt, sugar and extract; set aside to cool. Add eggs and beat well to incorporate. Stir in flour and cayenne until no lumps remain. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Sprinkle with almonds, if desired. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool completely before cutting into squares. Makes 8 brownies. Store in a container with a loose fitting lid.
