Italian Tart Flambe

We’ve given this traditional German pizza an Italian twist!

Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: about 12 minutes

1 (7.05-oz.) package StoneFire Original Tandoor Baked Mini Naan
4 heaping tablespoons Crystal Sour Cream
1/2 cup shredded Sartori Balsamic or Rosemary Bellavitano Cheese
2 tablespoons bacon pieces or cooked, crumbled bacon
1/4 small onion, thinly sliced and rings separated
Thinly sliced Guiliano’s Applewood Smoked or Bistro Blend Olives
(optional)

Preheat oven to 450°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place naan bread on baking sheet and spread 1 heaping tablespoon sour cream over each. Sprinkle with equal amounts of cheese, then top with bacon and onions. Add olives if desired. Cook for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 4 servings.
