Spiced California Walnuts

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 1 hour

1 egg white
2 cups California walnut halves and pieces
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice
Preheat oven to 225°F and line a large baking sheet with foil. Beat egg white until foamy in a medium bowl. Add walnuts and toss well to coat. Place sugar, cinnamon and walnuts in a plastic bag. Add walnuts and shake to coat with mixture. Spread nuts in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
