Grape and Pickled Jalapeno Salsa
Prep time: 10 minutes
2 cups coarsely chopped red and green seedless grapes
1/4 cup minced red onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon minced pickled jalapeno pepper plus 1 tablespoon
pickling liquid from jar or to taste
1 clove garlic, minced
Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Serve immediately or cover and chill for 1 hour to let flavors blend. Serve with tortilla chips or spoon over hot dogs.
