Prep time: 10 minutes
2 cloves garlic
1 (15-oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained
1/4 cup plain Chobani Greek Yogurt
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 1/2 tablespoons tahini
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Pita bread wedges, pita chips, raw vegetables
Drop garlic into a food processor with the motor running to chop. Add beans, yogurt, lemon juice, tahini, cumin, cayenne and process until very smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Serve with pita bread wedges, pita chips or raw vegetables. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
