Fig and Brie Pizza
Prep time: 20 minutes
Cook time: about 10 to 15 minutes
1 ball prepared pizza dough
1/2 cup Bonne Maman Fig Preserves
8 oz. Ile de France Brie Cheese
Grated Parmesan cheese and snipped fresh basil (optional toppings)
Preheat oven to 450°F. Roll dough into 1 large, 2 medium or 4 small thin circles or ovals on a lightly floured board. Place on 1 or 2 parchment-lined baking sheets. Spread fig preserves evenly over dough, then top with sliced Brie. Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until pizzas are golden brown on the edges. Top with fresh basil. Makes 8 servings.
