Blue Cheese Balls

Chill time: 1 hour
1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, at room temperature
1 (4-oz.) cup Alouette Crumbled Blue Cheese
2 tablespoons minced green onion
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Minced fresh parsley and dried sun-dried tomatoes
Pretzel sticks or decorative toothpicks
Stir together cream cheese, blue cheese and onion in a medium bowl and season with pepper. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Stir together parsley and sun-dried tomatoes in a small bowl. Using slightly wet hands, roll blue cheese mixture into 3/4-inch balls. Roll in parsley mixture and place on a plate. Insert a pretzel stick or toothpick into the top of each. Makes 20 appetizers.
