Fresh Cherry Salsa
Prep time: 15 minutes
2 cups pitted Chilean cherries, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup minced red onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 to 2 minced jalapeno peppers
Garlic salt to taste
Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Season lightly with garlic salt. Makes 1 1/2 cups. Recipe may be doubled.
