Spicy Buffalo Walnuts

Cook time: 20 minutes
1 egg white
3 tablespoons buffalo wing sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
2 slightly heaping cups California walnut halves and pieces
Preheat oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk egg white in a medium bowl until fluffy then whisk in buffalo sauce and garlic salt. Add walnuts and stir until the walnuts are completely coated with mixture. Spread in a single layer on prepared baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through cook time. Makes about 2 cups.
