Prep time: 5 minutes
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons vinegar (preferably sherry or rice vinegar)
2 heaping tablespoons Dave’s Gourmet Butternut Squash Pasta Sauce
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Cover tightly and shake to mix. Serve over desired greens with tomato and onion, as desired. Makes 4 servings.
