Easy Herbed Turkey Gravy

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: about 25 minutes

1 cup unsalted chicken stock or broth
1 teaspoon butter
1/4 cup Garden Highway Stuffing Mix, finely chopped*
1 (12-oz.) jars turkey gravy
1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Bring stock to a boil in a small saucepan. Reduce heat and cook until it’s reduced to 1/4 cup. While stock is reducing, melt butter in a small skillet over low heat. Add vegetables and cook for 5 minutes to soften. Add cooked vegetables and remaining ingredients to reduced stock. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Recipe may be doubled or tripled.
