2 cups leftover stuffing
1 cup coarsely shredded cheese (preferably sharp Cheddar)
1 to 2 tablespoons butter
Mix together stuffing, cheese and egg in a medium bowl, mixing well with your hands. Shape into 4 flat patties. Melt butter in a medium skillet. Add stuffing patties and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Makes 4 servings.
