Prep time: 10 minutes
2 ripe but firm avocados, peeled, pitted and
1/2 cup coarsely mashed fresh blueberries
1/3 cup diced tomato
1/4 cup minced red onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 to 2 teaspoons minced jalapeno peppers
Salt and pepper to taste
Lightly mash avocados in a medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir lightly to mix.
