Makes this dish a bit creamier by topping with a spoonful of Alfredo sauce.

2 cups marinara sauce
1 (24-oz.) tube precooked polenta, cut into 24 slices
1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Sartori Shredded Parmesan Cheese, plus additional for topping
1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
2 tbsp. snipped fresh basil (optional topping)
Place 1/3 of the marinara sauce in the bottom of an 11 X 7-inch baking dish and top with 8 slices polenta. Top with half the cheeses and olives. Repeat steps. Spoon remaining sauce equally over the top. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH for 15 to 20 minutes or until very hot. Top with snipped fresh basil and additional Parmesan, if desired. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
