Figgy Mustard

This shortcut recipe combines the best of tangy and savory ingredients to make the most delicious mustard ever! Serve on hot dogs, sandwiches, sausages or burgers.

 

Stir together 1 cup spicy brown mustard and 1/3 cup Dalmatia Original Fig or Fig Chili Spread in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Add a splash of vinegar for a tangier flavor. Let cool and store in a covered container in the refrigerator until ready to use. May be prepared several days ahead.
