Mediterranean Toast

Prep time: 10 minutes

 

Naan bread

Fresh Cravings Mediterranean or Lemon Garlic Hummus

Roasted red pepper bruschetta or spread

Slivered red onion

Quartered kalamata olives

Fried egg

Torn fresh oregano (optional)

 

Toast bread and top with a thick layer of desired hummus. Top with red pepper bruschetta, onion and olives then top with egg. Sprinkle with oregano, if desired.
