Sweet and Tangy Ginger Tea

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 5 minutes


1 cup hot water

1 tablespoon minced crystallized ginger

1 cinnamon stick 

1 lemon slice 

1 tea bag 

1 tablespoon honey


Simmer water, ginger, cinnamon and lemon in a small saucepan for 5 minutes. Add tea bag and let stand for 1 minute more. Pour tea through a small strainer into a mug and stir in honey. Makes 1 serving.
