Ginger Marinated Citrus Salad

This is a great holiday fruit salad. Prepared the night before, it’s ready to go on Christmas morning!

 

Prep time: 15 minutes 

Marinate time: several hours to overnight  

 

4 oranges

2 tangerines

2 pink grapefruit

1 cup First Street Orange Juice

1/4 cup First Street Honey

1/2 teaspoon First Street or Sun Harvest Organic Ginger

 

Cut away peel from fruit and cut fruit into 1/4-inch thick slices. Layer in a large shallow serving dish. Whisk together orange juice and honey in a small bowl. Pour over fruit; cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Makes 8 servings.
