Pumpkin Hummus

Speed scratch! Starting with prepared hummus is a great shortcut. Adding plain Greek yogurt and canned pumpkin add a nice bit of tang and earthy flavor. Make it pretty and tasty with any desired garnishes.

 

Prep time: 5 minutes

 

1 (16-oz.) container classic hummus

1/4 cup canned pumpkin

3 tablespoons Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt

Extra virgin olive oil, smoked paprika, toasted pine nuts

    and chopped fresh parsley (optional garnishes)

 

Stir together hummus, pumpkin and yogur in a medium bowl. Transfer to a decorative bowl and drizzle lightly with oil. Sprinkle with paprika, pine nuts and parsley, if desired. Serve with warm pita bread and cut fresh veggies.
