Warm Beer and Bean Dip
Prep time: 5 minutes
3/4 cup shredded Pepper Jack or Cheddar Cheese
1/3 cup salsa
1/3 cup beer
1 teaspoon Tajin Classico Mexican seasoning
1 (16-oz.) can refried beans
Stir together all ingredients in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes or until very hot, stirring halfway through. Keep warm in a small slow cooker or heated cast iron skillet. Serve with tortilla chips.
